What is Mobile Pet Grooming?
Experience the convenience of having the groomer come directly to your doorstep instead of transporting your pet to them. This is professional grooming encapsulated in a custom van that arrives at your door, fully equipped to address all your pet’s grooming needs. Mobile pet grooming is the preferred choice for today’s busy pet owners. The convenience for you and the dedicated attention your pet receives make a mobile dog grooming service highly desirable.

The van is self-contained, and an inverter provides electricity to power the dryer, table, clippers, A/C, vacuum, lights, and more. A hot water heater ensures the perfect bath temperature, and a therapeutic bathing system is in place to clean and soothe your pet during the grooming process.

Can I Be Present in the Truck When My Dog is Being Groomed?
It’s not recommended. You are your dog’s preferred companion, and your presence might divert its attention, hindering it from remaining still or cooperating with the groomers. While there are instances when dog owners may be asked to assist in calming or holding their pets, the grooming procedure is ideally conducted between the dog and the groomer without external distractions.

How Long is The Grooming Process?
The duration varies. The bath service can range from 35 to 120 minutes, depending on the dog’s breed, while the haircut service spans from 60 to 150 minutes, also contingent on the dog’s breed. We prioritize taking the necessary time to deliver efficient services.

Do You Need My Water or Electricity?
No. Our truck is self-contained with its power and warm water source/supply.

What Products Would You Use On My Pet?
To ensure the delivery of top-notch service, we exclusively utilize premium shampoos and conditioners specifically formulated for pets. Nevertheless, if your pet has its shampoo, we are more than happy to accommodate that choice.

Can You Provide Grooming Services At My Office?
Yes, if there is a legal parking space.

What Are The Acceptable Payment Types?
Cash, checks, and credit cards (MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express, Discover). All grooming fees must be paid in full before service provision.

How Often Should I Take My Pet For Grooming?
It depends on the pet’s lifestyle and living conditions. Dog breeds such as Cockers, Bichons, Poodles, Lhasa Apsos, Shih Tzus, etc. should be groomed every four to six weeks. Other dog breeds such as Collies, Labradors, Shepherds, etc. and cats should be groomed every six to eight weeks.

Can I Get The Same Groomer More Than Once?
Most clients prefer to have the same groomer as it helps to build a better relationship between the client, groomer, and dog. This is useful when your dog gets easily spooked, or you want to make a specific request.

Can My Pet Remain There During The Entire Day?
Sadly, we are not a pet daycare center. We want to provide a safe and fun environment for your pet, and this doesn’t include the use of a kennel after the grooming process. 99 percent of all pet appointments are completed within two hours and we would appreciate prompt pick up.
